We are excited to invite you to the first auction for Black Water Auction Company. This sale contains a variety of tools, outdoor and household articles, and some unique pieces from days gone by. Bidding is live only. There is something for everyone and we look forward to spending a fun day with you.
Payment terms are cash, good check, or credit card. All items in this auction are sold as-is-where-is. Black Water Auction Company offers no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, on any goods for sale at auction. Purchases are subject to applicable sales tax unless a valid SCATE card is presented. There is a 10% buyers premium on all items and a 3.5% charge for credit card payments. Items become the sole responsibility of the buyer once the auctioneer announces them "SOLD" followed by the high bidder's number. All items must be paid for and removed from the auction site on the day of the sale. Neither Black Water Auction Company, its owners, subcontractors, or employees, or Barnwell Christian School, its governing board, administrator or staff shall be liable for any accident or damage to property or person that may occur at the auction site. Any announcements made on sale day will supersede any prior written or verbal announcements.
