Combined estates contain household furniture, tools, and antiques.
All items in this auction are sold "as is-where is". Black Water Auction Company, LLC, or its owners, employees, representatives, or sub-contractors offer no warranties or guarantees, either express or implied, on any merchandise offered for auction. Items become the buyer's sole responsibility once the auctioneer declares an item "sold" along with the high bid amount and buyer's number. All sales are final. It is the bidder's responsibility to inspect items to their own satisfaction before bidding. A buyer's premium of 10% for live audience bidders and 15% for online bidders will be applied to all purchases. Sales tax will apply at the applicable rate of the jurisdiction where the auction is held unless the buyer files a current SCATE card or resellers certificate with Black Water Auction Company. Credit card payments will be assessed a 3.5% convenience fee. Black Water Auction Company, LLC does not offer shipping. All items must be removed from the auction site by the end of the auction sale day. Please exercise care when attending our auction events.
