Terms for online auctions are as follows: A credit card number must be submitted to register for the auction. You will receive your invoice electronically and submit payment through the online bidding platform. A credit card fee of 3.5% and a buyer's premium of 15% are applied to all online auction purchases. Sales tax is assessed at the rate of the jurisdiction where the sale is held unless a SCATE card or valid resellers certificate is presented.
